Exalted Ruler’s Message
Hello to all you wonderful Elks members! It's almost time for you snow birds to head back up north. This will be my final message as your Exalted Ruler. This has been a fast and exciting year. It seems as it was only yesterday that I was preparing to take over. I am very proud to have had the opportunity to serve as your E.R. and I will continue to assist Erie Lodge 67 in its future endeavors, although I won't be running for an officer's position this year. Thank you all who supported me this year.
Please remember as Elks, doing good is better than being good. It is nobler to serve than being served. To share with your associates in the aspiration to feed those that are hungry, to shelter the homeless, to relieve those in distress, and to prove yourself a true friend to all in need. I am proud to be an Elk. You should be too! Remember... What have you done as an Elk Lately?
